However, I would bet that new televisions will be produced that can pick up the over-the-air digital signal, if they haven't been already.When you go shopping, ask the salesman if he is sure the new TV will pick up the digital signal when the switch is made in February.
Solomon Belback: My understanding is that the small pocket TVs will become unusable.New digital models will eventually emerge for far greater cost.
