A person in a car in a carwash h! as the car boundary as their internal frame of reference. However; they observer things inside the car and outside the car. Similar to a person on earth who has the earth as the frame of reference while they also observe the stellar bodies. Motion inside the car or on the earth is relative to the inside of the car or the earth surface. Flip a coin inside the car or on the surface of the earth. The coin will move up and down relative to the car or the surface of the earth. Einstein relativity has the car and earth as stationary.
