Mickey Isle: Use extra firm tofu and make tofu veggie peanut satay with noodles! You can buy vegan satay sauce. Just put some peanut oil in your pan, put in sliced veggies, boil the noodles, and when the veggies are half done, add the satay sauce and a little garlic. Add c! ubed tofu and toss lightly. When the noodles are done, drain t! hem and toss with the sauce.

I hate the texture of some tofu when cooked certain ways and it gets a slimy texture. One time I tried it as fake "Eggs" and did not really care for that recipe. Drink 2 to 3 plant based protein shakes a day! with added bcaas and glutimine. I drink 3 but u may not handle that at! first. I eat one meal a day. It usually consists of beans,cabbage and something else green. drink lots of water and also take chlorophyll,micro algae, spirulina,barley/wheat grass. Any combo that works for u. Kip Ockenfels: You should sautee some onions and garlic in olive oil along with some cumin powder, chilli/cayenne powder and a pinch of salt. After a few minutes, slice up the tofu block and dump into the pan. Mix around and cook to desired tenderness. Faustino Mellerson: I like chewy tofu, here's how I prep it - - start with firm or extra firm tofu- leaving it in the store packaging, put it in the freezer overnight- move it to the fridge to thaw out- if you've left it in the fridge a couple days, it should be thawed through if it;s been a day or less, put the package in lukewarm water to bring it to room temperature, changing the water frequently. - open and drain the tofu- place the tofu on a cutting board that has a drip catcher around the edges. Take a 2nd cutting board or something else big and flat and press down lightly on the tofu with even pressure. Water's going to come out, drain it off. Repeat until water stops pouring off the tofu.- wrap the tofu in paper! towels or clean wash cloths. Put it back on the cutting board, and put! the big flat thing on it again. Put something on top of all that to weight it down, like a can of beans or such. - walk away for 30 minutes or so- when you come back the tofu should be pretty dry, and ready to prepare however you likeFrom here I like to either cube and saute it in sauce, or slice it thinly and marinate it and put it in the toaster oven - maybe 300 degrees for half an hour. Samara Siewers: Broiled marinated tofu. It's made with firm tofu and I love it. It gets almost crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside and has a great flavor and a good brownish color.
Sonya Volcko: Fish really isn't counted as meat. Sorry if my answer isn't super long but that's as long as I can get. Oh, and most people don't prefer fish a meat it is a lot cleaner and it's very different and less similar than meat. Many vegetarians do eat it occasionally.
