Season Confalone: How can it Be More Difficult if you're an Asain ? Anyway , Start off With Concealer And Powder , Mascara And lip-gloss , Buy You first kit from the drugstore ( Cheap Products ) like revlon , maybelline ,Rimmel london .. etc .. For Concealer Try out the Maybelline one ( its really nice ) , Mascara : L'Oreal Mascara , Lip products : Rimmel And Revlon And put on some blush , i recommend ( Maybelline mousse blush ) its awesome Hope i helped :)
Dexter Dingus: I think it is really up to you.At your age I would probably just wear clear Mascara by Cover girl and maybe foundation and shiny or pink lipstick.I'm in the same position as you right now and everything but most girls our age try to go with the natural look.It look s sophisticated and very pretty.Hope I helped!-M*LO23:)
Frederic Engellant: I started wearing makeup whenever i NEEDED it. I wore powder at about 9 or 10. And so on, as needed. Sephora? That's a little expensive for never wearing ! makeup before. I would try some different brands from wal-mart or target until you find what you like.hope this helps!
Arden Strachn: If you have monolids, to line your eyes i would suggest to buy a black gel and liquid liner since eyeliner smudges easily and you'll turn into a racoon sicne you have to line your eyes really thickly for it to show up. I think you should start with a powder foundation and a highlighter since you wanted to brighten up your face.
Vita Moodie: Well, if your looking for something pretty subtle because your new to it, I would recommend translucent shimmery eyeshadows with colors like white, gold, light tan, and maybe pastels for the eyelid and a darker shade of the same color for the crease of your eye. I wouldn't really go with bright solid colors. And after that u could do a little bit of black eyeliner on the top of your eye by the lashline instead of the bottom. That way it will create the illusion of thicker longer eyelashes witho! ut created a dramatic look since your going for natural. Last,! use mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Tip(I've heard navy blue eyeliner instead of black makes brown eyes pop) this shouldn't take long to do at all so it will look really pretty on u and be quick and easy.I hope this helps :)
Alisia Sutphen: You should start wearing it whenever you feel comfortable wearing it. As for your mascara problem wear a waterproof mascara and be carful when you wear it on your bottom lashes don't put too much on. I perfer not to wear it on the bottom and i don't have that problem anymore
Barton Slisz: 18 But I started when I was 15 no wrinkles or fine linesis super important to use eye cream.
Hye Caulley: Do eyecreams prevents wrinkles? What age should a woman start preventing wrinkles? haha im 20 years old right now. Also what is an effective eye cream for wrinkles, neutrogena maybe?? thank u.
Torri Tippey: I know this question is asked a lot but most of the answers are really girly.I'm going to 8th, and don't wear m! akeup, but i want to start. i have no idea where to start. i wear a little little bit of this powdery stuff ( i don't even know what it is) that my mom gave my to cover up blemishes and stuff.i want it to be a little noticeable but not that much, i want it to make a difference. i wanna wear eye makeup. just not eyeshadow, it depends i don't know yetPS. just not to girly, ya know...no pink
Rhett Kaines: i say 13 actually. but if you're young just stick to mascara/eyeliner. when you get to about 15/16 you can start wearing eyeshadow and other stuff.
Marco Stolarz: Well, first of all obviously lip gloss is a good place to start. You just basically want either a light color or clear lip gloss just to give you're lips a nice shine to them. This can and will have to be reapplied throughout the day if you want to have it on all day long. Then for the face you are going to want a powder foundation. Because you want to go natural looking, I wouldn't suggest use a creme an! d then a power because 1, you are still young and have fresh looking sk! in and 2, it's terrible for your skin. So go to any drugstore near you and look for a power (I prefer Almay brand. It comes with a purple lid with a big white A on it) and get a power that matches your skin color. If you have darker skin, obviously use a powder that has a higher number and if you have lighter skin, use a powder with a lower number. (Numbers are just how the powders are named..easy to figure out once you see it)^For applying this you are going to need a big fluffy brush which is easy to find. It's all in the same area of the store. You want one that's really big and has a lot of "poof" to it. The power will come will come with a sponge but I wouldn't suggest using it because it packs on too much. The brushes are cheap and last a lifetime! If you want to use eye shadow just to make your lids pop with color there are a few simple ways to do this..You're going to need to buy a eye shadow brush. When you are looking for one the package will say what type of a bru! sh it is. Then pick out an eyeshadow that you like for such a natural look, I would look for earth tones such as deep browns, deep golds, and maybe a skin tone color. Also, white. Then apply the white to the area underneath your eyebrow and the browns to your eyelid. (Once you get more comfortable with this, you can buy different colors and make different looks to match an outfit. Then get a brown eyeliner because it's not as heavy as a black. For mascara I would use Volume Express. I hope that this helps you!! And if you have any confusion, I would go on youtube and check out Juicystar07's channel!
Lawanna Livsey: Here are a few makeup tips for you!Silica helps to absorb oil if you have oily skin. So look out for it in primers, foundations and face powders.*Pressed/Loose Powder FoundationUsing a kabuki brush, apply lightly over your face.*Liquid foundationWith all foundations, make sure you have the right colour for your skin tone.Remember to moisturise before applyin! g your foundation and wait 20 minutes for it to sink in.If you want a t! hick, even coverage then apply the foundation to your face using a cosmetic sponge. For an easier but thinner coverage, use your fingertips to blend into your face.*Mousse foundationApplying with your fingertips is the best way. Did you know that mousse foundation is actually powder?*Liquid ConcealerBlitz dark eye bags by using a yellow toned concealer. Apply underneath the eye and around the goods corner. Dab using the tip of your middle finger. Don't rub - this wipes the concealer off!*BlusherSmile! Apply a small amount onto a blusher brush and blend onto your apples in a circular motion.Another way of applying it so that it doesn't look so dramatic is to dab on TINY amounts using your finger and rub in circular motions to blend.*EyelinerUse a white pencil eyeliner on your bottom waterline and line your eyelids with it to make your eyes appear bigger.Using any other colour pencil eyeliner you like, apply just underneath your bottom lashes. Then roll a cotton bud (or q tip ! I think they're called in America, idk) gently into some petroleum jelly (vaseline) and use it to smudge and blend your eyeliner in.For the cat's eye flick technique, think of your face as a clock, with a vertical line from the centre of your eye to your eyebrow as 12, and a horizontal line to your ear as 3. To get the perfect flick, you're aiming for 1:30.Use a liquid eyeliner for the most precise line. Wait for a few seconds before you go over it, as liquid liner sinks into your skin, so the line can thicken slightly.*MascaraALWAYS use an eyelash curler BEFORE applying mascara. When applying, apply in a zigzag motion. This helps to coat all the lashes. Remember to use an eyelash brush inbetween coats to make your lashes appear more natural.*LipsMake sure you prep your lips. Dip a cotton bud into a tub of petroleum jelly then into some sugar, and roll over the lips in gentle swirling motions to exfoliate. Rinse afterwards.Rest your elbow on a table to get a steady hand, th! en, using a long-stay lippy, start at lightly lining the lips in small ! dashes. It gives you a precise outline. Then fill in the rest of your lips. Allow this to dry, then dab your lips with tissue to get rid of excess moisture. Then re-apply lippy. If using lipgloss, apply a waxy lip balm to lips before gloss. It'll last much longer.Nude glosses highlight dry lips so exfoliate before applying.Discreetly lick your cup or glass before drinking from it if you don't want to leave lipstick marks.Hope you found these helpful! :)â¥
Clifford Gombos: I'm 17 years old and I've never worn make up. I feel like maybe if I started wearing a little, it would make me more feminine. I just maybe want to do a little bit on the eyes. just to brighten up my face a bit. I'm also Asian, which makes it more difficult. I don't even know where to start. I'm going for a very natural look. Something that won't take me more than 5 minutes. What kind of stuff should I buy to start out?
Rhett Kaines: im in 7th grade right now and all i wear is mascara, a light ! eyeshadow, and blush.
Arlen Hamper: I think that right now you can wear a little bit of make-up, but definitely a very natural look. You can get clear mascara if you want to lenghten your lashes, but not have black smudges underneath your eyes (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P40... Now you can also where lip gloss just to add a little color and shine (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P20... If you have pimples you want to hide, cover up in your shade will work (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P15... When you get to highschool, you can start wearing more make-up. Just a thin coat of eyeliner will enhance your eyes (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P35... Some blush will add color to your cheeks (this is a cheek stan - http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P38... If you want, you can go to a clinique counter and have professionals help you! Good luck! ...Show more
Jene Kostyla: i use dinair airb! rush makeup and it is honestly the best makeup i have ever used! it sta! ys on all day long and it makes my skin look perfect and flawless...it is also all water based so it is not bad for my skin because it is not bad for my skin...its pretty rad!!
Torrie Weissenbach: Well, I started wearing makeup at 15, which I think is a good age. Personally, I think 14 should be the VERY youngest to be wearing makeup. Remember, makeup is not for making you look different or prettier than you already are, it is for ENHANCING the features you already have!! Why would you need to wear makeup before High School anyway? When you do decide to start wearing makeup, go to a makeup counter such as mac or clinique, tell them that you're new to makeup, and ask them to show you how to wear makeup and what they would reccomend for you personally. They are always very helpful and informative. I really hope that I helped! :-)...Show more
Nelly Kikuchi: I started wearing make up in 8th grade, so that i learned how i liked it for high school.but i dont think ther! e is anything wrong with wearing make up in 7th grade either.I think you should start whenever you feel like. Its not like there is a set age to start wearing makeup.
James Langmyer: Go on youtube and search for makeup tutorials. There are many makeup artists or just people that are very good at makeup teaching you tips & tricks and how to achieve looks. I know they have videos showing you how to do makeup to go to school/for people your age and such. In the beginning of 8th grade, I wore different color eyeshadows all the time with black eyeliner on my waterline, black mascara and pink blush :) Later in the year I started wearing a neutral color eyeshadow that was kind of sparkly with white eyeliner on my waterline, black eyeliner on my bottom lash line, black mascara, pink blush, and sometimes concealer under my eyes :) Now I wear a dark blue/grayish eyeliner on the top of my eyes and on my bottom lash line, white eyeliner on the waterline, black mascara, and orange ! toned blush. However, I have blue eyes and light skin. I would suggest ! talking to your mom or sister if you have one about it and see what they thinks. My makeup experiences were purely trial and error because I do not live with my mom, nor have a good relationship with her so I had nobody to ask and I don't have a sister. Looking back on it, I wish I did. Hope I helped and good luck!
Jerald Florence: well its up to you when you want to start wearing makeup, but as for your mascara, try covergirl or pretty much anytype of waterproof mascara to help with the running
Melvina Bieri: from my observations you would start with your face
Lana Uliano: you could wear makeup at 14 i don't see anything wrong with it if you want really great makeup go to macy's their makeup is the best
Otto Lingafelt: i started in 7th grade its not too youngjust dont over do it and look like a stipper loland for the mascara just use water proof and serphoras great...but maybe a little expensive. your local drug store is a great place to start
Neville Dautremont: mascara and face powder
