Roland Stampley: Delaware is one of the best US jurisdictions to incorporate. However I don't understand why would you like to host all your companies under one Delaware corporation. Maybe it would be more tax beneficial for you, if you would form new company/companies in Delaware and transfer all yours business activities to newly incorporated Delaware companies. You should also consider forming LLC instead of Corporation.
