Brock Hladik: The other answers are exactly what's wrong with DirecTV. The so-called Customer Service Reps don't no about their own equipment. All you need to do is go to the menu. Select "Parental, Fav's and Setup". Then go to System Setup. Then select Display. You will see the option to change the Guide setting to "Grid Guide First".
